The sanatorium is located in the Svityaz landscape reserve in a forest area of 1100 hectares on the shore of Lake Svityaz. The territory is fenced and guarded. On a fairly large well-groomed territory of the sanatorium, surrounded by a mixed coniferous-deciduous forest, there are green lawns, numerous walking paths, benches for relaxation, flower beds, there is an equipped beach and a boat station.
The medical base of the health resort contributes not only to the general healing of the body, but also to the effective treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system, respiratory organs and the musculoskeletal system. There are also opportunities for active pasttime: a sports ground, a tennis court, a gym.
The health resort consists of a residential building with a treatment unit and a swimming pool on the ground floor, an administrative building with a dining room, sports and dance hall, which are interconnected. In one building of 4 floors, there is an elevator.
The rooms are equipped with a TV, a fridge, a kettle, a separate bathroom (showers and corner bathtubs; in the suite rooms – a jacuzzi).
